Mya is almost 3 now and we decided it is time to get her involved in some extracurricular activities. She has always loved singing and dancing so we decided to give Ballet a shot. She loves putting the tights and the shoes on so I was sure that she was going to love the class. We are now taking her to the class every Tuesday night for 30 minutes each for the next three months. The class is full of 2 year olds and is adorable. She will even have 2 shows in December. She is goign to have a Christmas recital and will also perform at an old folks home as well. I am really excited to see how much fun she has and how she grows as a dancer during the next few months. I love seeing her so happy. I am posting just a few pictures and a couple videos because the class was closed off which is both frustrating and understandable. I don't think a room full of 2 year olds would do much dancing if the parents were in the room. The teacher did let us in the room the last couple of minutes so we could see what they were learing during that day. I just want to watch the whole thing but I understand. When the class was over Mya didn't want to leave until she gave her teacher a hug. It was cute. If anyone wants to know anything about her class or her teacher they have a website.
